Specializations
Certified through NASM, PTAG, and ISSA, Chrissie brings specialized expertise in Fitness Nutrition, Corrective Exercise, and Behavior Change. She also works with clients who have scoliosis, drawing from her own experience overcoming exercise-related challenges.

It wasn’t until I began strength training that my pain gradually improved. Through education, experience, and trial and error, I learned which exercises support my body and which ones to avoid. Scoliosis is no longer a limitation in my fitness journey, and I’ve been able to reach goals I once thought were out of reach.
